The issue of attracting citizens from Uzbekistan to work in the region was also discussed. Cooperation between Belarus and Uzbekistan in this area is based on mutual interest, emphasized Aleksandr Lukashenko. Belarus, as a country with a developed agricultural sector and large food production volumes, is ready to cooperate with Uzbekistan to help saturate the country's market with food.
