Aleksandr Lukashenko demands that the heads of local authorities ensure technological discipline both in finance and in the field. The Head of State stated this while considering personnel issues. As one example of the lack of discipline, the President cited the irresponsible storage of nitrogen fertilizers and pointed out the inadmissibility of mismanagement of expensive machinery, primarily agricultural.
