Alexander Lukashenko signed the Decree "On the Qualification Examination". It streamlines the procedure for administering the examination to individuals entering the civil service for the first time. The document establishes the examination format — a uniform test developed by the Academy of Public Administration the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus. This will eliminate subjectivity and favoritism in personnel selection and raise the standards for applicants to the civil service. The test will assess applicants' knowledge of the Constitution of Belarus and other legislative acts. A list of exam questions and a demo version of the test questions for free trial testing will be posted on the Academy of Public Administration website.
