Tripartite meeting of the contact group on Ukraine in Minsk

Today Minsk is to host a meeting of the trilateral contact group on Ukraine. The parties are expected to discuss the situation in Avdeevka locked in fighting for a fourth straight day. Civilians have also suffered casualties. The clashes left the town without power. There are problems with water supply. Local residents are being evacuated.
