Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has arrived in Uzbekistan to take part in the session of the Council of Heads of the States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.<br>The summit will be the first one in which Belarus will take part in as an observer.<br>The regular session of the SCO Council of Heads of the States is expected to sign 11 documents, including the antidrug strategy and agreement on crime prevention.<br>While staying in Tashkent the Belarusian President is also expected to talk to foreign leaders during bilateral meetings. In particular, Alexander Lukashenko has already met with Chinese President Xi Jinping. The head of the state assured that China and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization can count on the support of Belarus in all matters.
