President adopted draft agreement between governments of Belarus and Paraguay on visa-free travels

Draft agreement between governments of Belarus and Paraguay on visa-free travels for the bearers of diplomatic and service passports has been adopted by President of Belarus A.Lukashenko. Provided the agreement within the adopted draft is reached, the Belarus' ministry of foreign affairs is authorized to conduct negotiations on the matter.
