The parliamentary election campaign will be monitored by national and international observers.<br> <br>Early voting for candidates to the House of Representatives has started inBelarustoday. Polling stations will be open from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. A total of about 7 million voters are expected to participate in the voting. One deputy seat is being claimed by 4.5 candidates.<br>The election campaign will be monitored by national and international observers representing the missions of the OSCE/ODIHR, CIS, the Parliamentary Assemblies of the Council of Europe, OSCE and Shanghai Cooperation Organisation. The main parliamentary election day is 11 September.
