Belarus declares sanctions illegal

Permanent Representative of Belarus to the UN Valentin Rybakov, speaking at a meeting of the UN Security Council on October 31, called the sanctions against our country, including the Belarusian potash fertilizer producers, illegal. According to Valentin Rybakov, Western powers will sooner or later have to answer for the consequences to their own people and millions of those starving.
