President of Belarus believes that it is important to develop relations with Western Europe.
Alexander Lukashenko has appointed new heads of diplomatic missions. Denis Sidorenko becomes Ambassador of Belarus to Germany, Andrei Grinkevich will head the diplomatic mission in Romania. Previously both diplomats worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Head of State reminds that embassies, in particular, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a whole do not just represent Belarus abroad, but should contribute to the development of trade relations with other countries.Personnel changes have affected the sphere of education. The President has approved the appointment of Andrei Kulazhenko as the new rector of the Belarusian State University of Transport. Ivan Polevoda is now head of the University of Civil Protection of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of our country. The Head of State has also appointed local managers.
