The official visit of the government delegation to Uzbekistan has ended

Contracts and agreements worth almost $110 mln were signed during the visit of the Belarusian delegation headed by Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin to Uzbekistan. Issues of deepening bilateral cooperation were discussed at a meeting with the President of Uzbekistan. The programme of the two-day visit also included talks with the Prime Minister and visits to a number of production sites. The Prime Minister of Belarus got acquainted with the activities of the Samarkand Automobile Plant. In addition, the head of the Belarusian government visited the showroom of the SAG group of companies, Central Asia's largest carpet and textile holding company, and got acquainted with the presentation of the production facilities of the Servolux group of companies, which is implementing an investment project in Uzbekistan to create an agro-industrial complex specializing in the production of poultry meat and animal feed.
