The XIII Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia continues in Minsk Oblast
Experts discussed in detail the contours of the Union State's scientific and technical sovereignty at the Great Stone Industrial Park. Taking into consideration today's geopolitical realities the primary objective is to ensure the full production cycle: from design to maintenance of critical infrastructure. Significant groundwork has already been laid for this. Thanks to the state programme for innovative development Belarus has achieved significant results in aerospace, nanotechnology, and artificial intelligence. A new state programme designed to run until 2030 has become a logical continuation of this work. Over the past 13 years of joint cooperation more than 60 programmes have been implemented in areas such as microelectronics, mechanical engineering, space technology, and a number of other fields.
