Belarus produces almost 3 times more dairy products than the domestic market consumes

The main task of the industry is to expand exports by exploring new markets and types of products. Modernization of enterprises and an increase in processing capacities are among the priority areas of development. Special emphasis is placed on the production of powdered dairy products, protein concentrates and other ingredients in demand on the global market. Belarusian dairy products are in demand far beyond the country's borders. By the end of last year, it was exported to 55 countries. Manufacturers are actively developing supplies to the countries of the Far Arc.
