The Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange will provide Kaliningrad exporters with a platform for trade with Belarus

Working through the BUCE will allow exporters from Kaliningrad to reduce the time and financial costs of entering the Belarusian market. It will also help to provide direct access to a wide range of consumers from various branches of industry and agriculture in Belarus. Now 86 economic entities of the Kaliningrad region are accredited for the BUCE. More than half of them participate in exchange trading and conclude transactions on a regular basis. The structure of trade turnover is dominated by imports to Belarus. According to the data for January-May 2025, the Kaliningrad region ranks fourth among all Russian regions represented on the exchange platform.
