The Belarusian financial market is preparing for the introduction of the digital ruble. The deputies have started working on the relevant draft law. The document is expected to be considered in the first reading in the parliament in April 2026. The digital ruble will become a legal means of payment and a third form of money (in addition to cash and non-cash payments).
