Tatarstan has become one of the largest buyers of milk powder at Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange

Tatarstan ranked fourth among Russian regions in terms of milk powder purchases through the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange in January-February 2026. Companies concluded transactions worth approximately $2.2 mln. Leningrad Oblast, Moscow Oblast, Smolensk Oblast and Amur Oblast of Russia also ranked among the top five buyers of Belarusian milk powder. Business ties between Belarusian suppliers and Tatarstan enterprises are expanding. Last year, 19 new companies from the region joined the system, bringing the total number of Tatarstan residents accredited on the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange to 60.
