17.06.2026
Agricultural organizations in Minsk Oblast are preparing for grain harvest. More than 1.500 combine harvesters will participate in the harvest. 150 new Gomselmash machines will help the farmers. The region's farmers plan to harvest 3 mln tonnes of grain, legumes, rapeseed, and corn. According to experts, the main burden will fall on winter crops. In the fields of the regions, they occupy 80% of the sown areas, and in some farms, they occupy 100%. This tactic should bring significant results. Traditionally, farmers across the country start harvesting winter barley first. In Minsk Oblast the average yield is 40-50%per hectare.
