Minsk and Murmansk Oblast expand trade and economic cooperation

Minsk and Murmansk are reaching a new level of interregional trade, industrial and humanitarian cooperation. A delegation of the Minsk City Executive Committee headed by First Deputy Chairman Aleksandr Komendant visited the northern region of Russia.
