Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade: income growth of Belarusians outstrips price growth
19.08.2025
Belarusians' incomes are growing faster than prices, the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade reported. The ministry noted that prices in the domestic market are stable. They increased by 0.2% in July and by 5.6% in seven months. Some seasonal goods have fallen in price, while imported goods have risen in price. The real incomes of Belarusians increased by 10.2% in the first half of the year compared to 2024. This means that, taking into account inflation, people can afford more purchases. Salaries and pensions have become more tangible, and basic expenses have increased slightly, which allows you to plan purchases with confidence.
