Belarusian fruit and vegetable producers are creating stabilization funds

The task is to saturate the market with domestic vegetables in order to avoid vitamin imports. Agricultural producers assure that a full-fledged "borsch set" in fresh form will be guaranteed on store shelves, and the menu in public sector institutions will also be tasty and varied. This autumn, 18.000 tons of carrots, cabbage, beets, potatoes, onions, and apples will be stored in the Gomel Oblast. The Brilevo farm specializes in growing root crops, these days they are actively harvested and taken to storage. Products are already being shipped to the retail network, but the main volumes of the stabilization fund for the social sphere will remain in storage facilities certified for each type of product until April-May.
