Belarus and Uzbekistan plan to increase mutual trade turnover

This opinion was expressed by Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin during a meeting with First Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance of Uzbekistan Ilkhom Norkulov. The two countries have more than enough opportunities for cooperation. There is intensive cooperation in various fields, including the organization of a number of practice-oriented events. A rich programme has been prepared for the guests from Uzbekistan. An important event for the two countries was the holding of the Belarus-Uzbekistan Women's Business Forum. This year it was held in Vitebsk. The result was the signing of contracts totaling Br261 mln.
