Belarus and Perm Territory of Russia are developing new areas of cooperation
During a working visit to Perm Territory of Russia, Ambassador of Belarus to Russia Yuri Seliverstov held negotiations with the region's Governor Dmitry Makhonin. The sides discussed new areas of cooperation. Thus, robotics will eliminate human labor in hazardous industries and address labor shortages. A Perm company specializes in full-cycle industrial robotics, from designing and manufacturing equipment in-house to implementing and maintaining it. A major project involving the use of robots for machine tool maintenance has already been implemented with Belarus. The meeting participants discussed cooperation in education and training. The delivery of Belarusian equipment to the region and the launch of a direct flight from Minsk to Perm were also discussed.
