Belarus and Cuba establish collaboration in industrial cooperation and medicine
04.08.2025
Minsk and Havana are considering the possibility of joint nickel mining. Cuba is the leader in metal reserves. About 75% of the mining is used in the production of stainless steel and in batteries, including for electric vehicles. Belarus and Cuba are establishing cooperation not only in industrial cooperation, but also in other areas. In July, the first Belarusian-Cuban medicines rolled off the assembly line. In the future, such well-established coproduction will allow unhindered trade throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.
