A delegation from China's Anhui Province paid an official visit to Brest Oblast
The delegation is headed by Zhang Yunshen, Deputy Chairman of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Anhui Province. An important part of the visit to the Brest Oblast is a meeting with the regional leadership to discuss new areas of cooperation. Joint work has made it possible to increase trade turnover by 25% to $300 mln and significantly increase the export of Belarusian products to China. The Brest Oblast actively interacts with four Chinese provinces, having completed the action plan for 2023-2025. A roadmap for the development of relations until 2030 is being developed, aimed at strengthening cooperation in the agro-industrial complex, mechanical engineering and food industry. Chinese partners have proposed specific projects to expand cooperation.
