World Draughts Youth Championship held in Gomel

World Draughts Youth Championship is held in Belarusian Gomel for the first time. Within a week, 250 sportspeople from 15 countries compete for the prizes. The competitions will be held in classic and blitz tournaments. A cultural and educational program is prepared for the participants, too. Belarusians are traditionally strong players. Last year, they got 7 medals out of 16.
