Belarusian judoists became the winners of the team tournament at the European Championships

The bronze medalists of the forum among athletes under the age of 18, which was held in the capital of North Macedonia, were welcomed at the Minsk National Airport. For the first time in history, Belarusian judoka won a medal in the mixed team competition. On the way to the semifinals, peers from Bulgaria were defeated, and then the Belarusians defeated one of the best teams on the continent, Azerbaijan. The athletes from Belarus lost to the Russians for entering the decisive fights. The Greek national team was defeated in the fight for the 3^rd place. The Continental Forum became one of the first international tournaments after a three-year pause, where judoka from Belarus performed under the national flag.
