Aryna Sabalenka into round of 16 at New Haven tournament

Belarus' top female tennis player Aryna Sabalenka made it into the round of 16 at the tennis tournament in New Haven thanks to a confident victory over Samantha Stosur in the first match. In the next round Sabalenka will face the tournament's 9th best player Daria Gavrilova.

Another Belarusian, Alexandra Sasnovich, ahs also secured a berth in the last 16 round where she will meet with the tournament's second best player Caroline Garcia.
