The Concept of Legal Policy planned to be adopted in Belarus

Over a hundred new laws will have to be adopted or amended in the near future so that the new Constitution can operate without controversy. At the same time, it is necessary to adopt the Concept of Legal Policy, such an opinion was expressed by the Chairman of the Constitutional Court Piotr Miklashevich. Today, a message was announced to the president and the chambers of the national assembly "On the state of constitutional legality in Belarus in 2021". According to Piotr Miklashevich, this approach will help develop mechanisms for the implementation of constitutional provisions, as well as the rights, freedoms, and duties of citizens.
