The agitation stage of the local elections began in Belarus. Not all candidates reached this stage. More than 11% of them didn’t receive certificates. The competition for the seats in the Minsk City Council is still the biggest in the country, about 4 people are competing for the seat, but it has also declined by 1.5%.
