Sundial featuring city attractions installed in Brest

A new art object appeared on Francisk Skaryna Riverwalk in Brest. Unusual sundial will become another local attraction for citizens and tourists. An arrow with a coat of arms and celestial bodies is in the center of the composition. 15 recognizable architectural and historical sites of the city are located round the arrow. These are Brest Fortress, Berestye archeological museum, Drama Theater, railway station, Holy Resurrection Church, Clock tower and others. It took more than six months for local master blacksmiths to create the composition. The beautification of the riverwalk continues, its length has doubled and stretches to the territory of the former river port. This is a green recreation area with game and workout grounds. In the future, there will be summer cafés.
