Over 200 organs transplanted at National scientific and practical center of surgery, transplantology and haematology this year

More than 200 organs have been transplanted at the Belarusian National scientific and practical center of surgery, transplantology and haematology over the current year. Almost all kinds of transplantation are carried out there. The hospital has a know-how – an appliance to prepare the donor organ for transplantation. The Belarusian surgeons are known well far beyond the country's borders. For instance, this year, our surgeons held two liver transplant operations in Kazahstan – to an adult and a child.
