On May 15 Belarus to celebrate the Day of Families

On May 15 Belarus is celebrating the Day of Families. There are more and more large families in our country. In 2017 20.000 children were at least thirdborns. The state support program «Family capital» works successfully. About 52.000 accounts were opened in Belarus. 3.000 fathers in Belarus are on childcare leave. The number of adoptions also grew. Today about 15.000 families bring up unrelated children.
