Nomination of candidates for local councils ends in Belarus

Today in Belarus the nomination of candidates for deputies of local councils is being completed. In the country more than 5 thousand 800 precinct commissions are formed, which include about 60 thousand people. Almost half of them are representatives of public associations. Registration of candidates kicks off tomorrow. And on January 18, just one month before the main voting date, the campaigning will begin.
