Belarus and Ecuador have signed a memorandum on cooperation in the field of risk prevention and emergencies control. The document was signed by Minister for Emergency Situation of Belarus Vladimir Vashchenko and Minister Coordinator of Internal and External Security Policy of Ecuador Cesar Navas. The document lays down the main directions of cooperation between the two countries in the field of public security. In particular, the parties agreed to launch supplies of Belarus-made rescue equipment to Ecuador.
