The Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts is celebrating its anniversary. The President congratulated the university's staff. On 6 October, 1975, the Minsk Institute of Culture opened its doors for the first time. The final chord will sound today in the Great Hall of the Palace of the Republic. Students and faculty will gather for a celebratory gala concert. On 4 May, 1975, the Council of Ministers decided to establish the Minsk Institute of Culture.
