President of Belarus and Federal Chancellor of Austria unveil monument to victims of Nazism

The President of Belarus and the Federal Chancellor of Austria unveiled a monument to the victims of Nazism. Monument "Array of Names" was erected on the territory of the "Trostenets" memorial complex. Speaking at the event, Alexander Lukashenko noted that respect for the memory of the victims of Nazism has become part of our national idea. The president called for preserving the truth about the history of the war and noted that Austria and its chancellor personally set an example of how to treat the memory of the victims from among their people. Today, the two-day visit of Sebastian Kurtz will continue. The program includes talks with the President of Belarus at the Palace of Independence.
