A telephone conversation between Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko and Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev took place on 29 October. The two leaders discussed bilateral issues. Specifically, they agreed that a Belarusian government delegation would soon visit Kazakhstan and make specific proposals for deepening cooperation. Lukashenko and Tokayev also touched on the interstate agenda, including preparations for the upcoming CSTO summit in Kyrgyzstan.
