X forum "Belarus Dairy" started in Minsk

More than 400 delegates from Belarus, Russia, Türkiye, Singapore, and Indonesia take part in it. Today it is the main industry platform for professional communications, which covers all dairy enterprises of the republic. For two days the forum participants will discuss the current challenges and problems of the dairy market. In the Year of Quality, special attention will be paid to quality management of dairy raw materials and finished products, export and innovations. For the first time round tables with the participation of experts from the auditing agency will be held at the venue. It is expected that a large number of participants will unite the first "Cheese Showroom". The presentation-tasting of cheeses will include a discussion of their market prospects. The main event of the informal program of "Belarus Dairy" will be the final of the III Republican Stage Art Contest Milk Fest.
