Tax authorities started to send notices to individuals about the payment of property fees

Every owner of an apartment, car or land plot will see the accrued amount for the previous year in the information system of Single Settlement and Information Space (SSIS). For the first time, all three taxes have been combined into one property payment. In addition to the electronic version, taxpayers will receive notices by mail. The profile ministry notes that almost 3.5 million Belarusians will be sent notices. This is done primarily for the convenience of payers. Previously, it was necessary to pay each tax separately, while now one can pay the whole amount or split it into several parts. The terms of tax payment have not changed. As before, it is necessary to pay the amounts by 15 November.
