Innovations are being introduced in livestock farming

A new dairy complex was opened in Bobruisk district. It is the third of the ten such complexes in the region built under the President's decree. It consists of two cowsheds with 300 places in each, a milking and dairy block, a parental unit with a dry cow department and a preventorium. The complex is designed to accommodate about 1.000 cows. In total, more than Br23 mln have been allocated for the construction of the facility, mainly for equipping the premises with modern equipment. This complex is unique: the construction of cowsheds have been designed with a non-standard technology. Seven more dairy complexes will be built in the region by the end of the year.
