Contracts worth $18 mln are the result of Belarusian delegation's visit to Algeria

Agreements reached at the highest level are being given concrete economic substance. This was stated by Natalia Kochanova, a Chairperson of the Council of the Republic, following the Belarusian delegation's visit to Algeria. Multimillion-dollar contracts have been concluded and packages of agreements signed between Belarusian and Algerian partners regarding projects that will serve as pillars for the development of cooperation. Key sectors include various branches of mechanical engineering, the agro-industrial complex, pharmaceuticals, food products, and baby food supplies. Natalia Kochanova noted that the programme of the visit was very intensive. It was centered on direct advancement and practical implementation of the agreements reached during the official visit of the President of Belarus to Algeria in December 2025.
