The results of the visit of the official delegation from Gomel Oblast to China's Jilin Province were summarized

The primary objective of the visit was to foster interregional, economic, and humanitarian partnership with Jilin Province, as well as to sign a memorandum of cooperation. During the trip to the People's Republic of China the delegation participated in meetings, negotiations, and a business forum attended by 28 Chinese companies. A memorandum of cooperation was signed along with contracts for the supply of meat and dairy products and confectionery. An agreement was also concluded for the procurement of meat-processing equipment for Belarusian enterprises, in addition to four memoranda of cooperation in the field of education. Furthermore, the delegation from Gomel Oblast visited a number of Chinese enterprises and companies.
