Belarusian initiatives presented in St. Petersburg

Today is a day of negotiations with the participation of the Belarusian delegation at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. One of the initiatives voiced is the creation of a Belarusian-Russian import substitution program in the IT sector. The matter was discussed at the round table "Union State: 25 years of integration – results and new challenges". Over 30 new areas of cooperation will be signed in the near future as part of union integration. These are more than a thousand events. The partners noted an increase in localization in industry and the concentration of efforts on projects in the machine building and aircraft industries. The opening of new direct flights from Russian regions is also being discussed.
