During today"s meeting in Moscow the CIS Economic Council approved of the draft protocol on the rules and procedures of public procurement regulation.According to the draft protocol, the CIS states will have to harmonize the legislation relating to public procurement regulation within two years. Subsequently, compatibility of technical platforms must be ensured. The CIS Economic Council considered 16 issues on the agenda. Projects in the chemical industry, the security of the CIS countries, as well as innovative cooperation for the period up to 2020 have been approved.
