Volume of housing construction for families with many children in Belarus to be increased 1.5 times

The balance of the cost per square meter and the average salary in Belarus will be maintained in the next year. So, now for those who build apartments with state support, a square meter costs just over 920 rubles. By the end of 2019, this figure will be 1050 rubles. The price was voiced by the head of the Ministry of Construction and Architecture. The situation develops according to the forecast of the Ministry of Economy, taking into account the inflation. The next year, the construction sphere will develop with an emphasis on families with many children. In addition, starting from December, the mechanism for calculating builders’ salaries will change. Hourly charges may be applied. It is expected that starting from the next year, the income of workers in the construction industry will grow by a third.
