Lectures delivered by the teaching staff of the Rosatom Academy for future nuclear scientists at the National Technical University focused on the advantages of the VVER-1200 power unit to be installed at the Belarusian nuclear power plant and the use of the peaceful atom not just for electricity generation, but, for example, for cancer treatment. The lectures are one of joint programmes of the Russian side and Belarus" Energy Ministry aimed at training staff for the Belarusian NPP.
