The opening of the forum One Belt One Road inHong Kongwas attended by Vice-Speaker of Belarusian Parliament Viktor Guminsky. The parties pointed out a high level of political trust and a strengthened strategic partnership in all areas. During the visit, Viktor Guminsky held bilateral meetings with the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Special Administrative Region and the Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People"s Congress.
