Patents for self-employed citizens will mean access to legal business activities. Buying such a patent will be equivalent to fulfilling tax obligations and will not require private entrepreneur or legal entity registration.Besides, in the coming years the Belarusian parliament is planned to initiate the adoption of a unified investment activity law aimed at improving the investment climate and creating favourable conditions for investment activities.
