Virtual banks may appear in Belarus in 2017. This was announced by representatives of the IT industry at a conference devoted to the development of banking technologies. They predict that the banking sector will have fully switched to online services by 2018. International Forum on Banking Information Technologies opens in Minsk tomorrow. 1,300 participants - mostly representatives of the IT sector and financiers - have already registered for the forum. A number of document will be signed and define the scope of IT development in Belarus in the near future.
