The Garlyk mining and processing factory will be built by Belarusian specialists in Turkmenistan on time, Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus Anatoly Kalinin said. He added: “We should sign the documents on commissioning the Garlyk factory in Turkmenistan on 31 March. We have no doubt we will be able to do it.” The construction of the Garlyk mining and processing factory in Turkmenistan is the largest project to export Belarusian civil engineering services on record. Also, Belarusian specialists are actively building houses in Smolensk and Kaluga. Soon a new school and kindergarten will be constructed there too. In January, there was signed another contract for the construction of roads and bridges in the suburbs. The deal is worth $30 million.
