Tanker with American oil to reach Belarus no later June 5

An oil tanker from the USA for Belarus is expected to arrive at the port of Klaipeda no later than June 5. This was reported by Belneftekhim. Now the ship is in the Atlantic Ocean. 80,000 tons of American Bakken oil are on board. After unloading, the raw materials will be delivered to Naftan by rail. The supply of oil resources from alternative sources is part of Belarus’ strategy on ensuring the stability of the domestic market.
